I was here during the festival of Holi in April, 2016. Stayed here for 3 days. Here's what I found * Very friendly and helpful staff members ( Will guide you on everything about the city) * Go for Delux room. It's spacious and the AC works fine. * Economical as compared to the similar restaurants in Mathura and worth every penny spent. * I say, Go for it!! * Must try the Delux Thhali offered at the hotel.

It happened in the holi 6 Mar when we made an impromptu plan to visit mathura and that made us to land in such a worst hospitality provider hotel. Its like the hotel is only bothered about getting the room charges and least interested in providing services in lieu of the money. Utmost level of unhygienic rooms. Whole property is made in such a messy way that it creates a great confusion to reach to your room even. Rooms with no proper ventilation. Bathrooms with no geyser/flush/exhaust fan. It was just our bad luck to land at such a worst place where even staying one night was a horrible experience. Staff especially Mr. Rakesh was among the best example of unprofessional approach of business. I'll suggest the traveler friends never to visit this hotel. Terribly Bad :(
